I think that hiring process should NOT be performed by the DAO. What DAO should be doing, imo, is to provide objectives or milestones to the cooperative.
I agree that Reality should be “nationalized” and maintained by Kleros. And some modifications and simplifications are needed on those smart contracts to improve UX.
With respect to the site, there is no need to ask permission to anybody, we can create a new frontend if that’s desired, using the same smart contracts that are already deployed (I remember some vibe-coded frontend made by Guagmian in that direction).
Also, I’m not very confident about migrating all the kleros-apps (curate, poh, escrow) to use the same subjective oracle.. those apps had different requirements and when you try to make a standard too generic you usually end up with a poor ux. It would be nice to work first on the specs and interfaces + have a very basic MVP before moving in that direction.
