More usability and UX testing - would you be interested in improving Kleros?

We need more to do user testing

First try with escrow.kleros.io

https://github.com/kleros/escrow/issues

Adoption, usability, simplicity

Seriously… First use of Escrow and 7 bugs reported. We can do better

It’s not instilling trust.

That’s why gauging interest:

  • Kleros: do you have a budget?
  • users: do you have time?

Rather than fixing the old UI/UX stuffs (and take away time/effort from development/research of the core products), I think it would be more productive to have things like competitions/bounties for building new use-case specific front-ends instead?

We should definitely use bounties and competitions.

Fixing old broken stuff - necessity - otherwise leave a very bad impression.

Overall, Gtcr is nicely wrapped in my opinion (a few user’s experience tweaks to be made though).

Overarching mission to ensure healthy ecosystem:

  • Adoption
  • Usability
  • User-experience

See also Cooperative Kleros annual report, pretty sure this part it’s pretty public:

I know @FedericoAst was telling me to build something on top of Kleros but given my personal geopolitical situation, if I was to buidl something I’d focus on mailhustle.com

I wish your post would lure more people from the community into testing GTCR (and other products) because I am quite sure it helps.
The more users, the stronger product adoption when released.

I am testing a bit the GTCR but I have few available time and I am progressing rather slowly.
