This proposal is for migrating Kleros Governance off of Aragon and onto Snapshot. Snapshot allows for off-chain voting secured by signatures. This will save the members of the Kleros ecosystem money.

Use Snapshot as the official voting platform for Kleros. https://governance.kleros.io will be redirected to snapshot and all governance votes starting after the time this proposal is ratified will go through Snapshot instead of Aragon.

Use an updated version of the Kleros Governor interface that directs users to Snapshot. The new interface can be previewed here: https://feat-new-gov-preview--kleros-governor.netlify.app.

Migrate to a new deployment of the Governor contract which can be found at https://etherscan.io/address/0xe5bcea6f87aaee4a81f64dfdb4d30d400e0e5cf4#code.

There has also been an overhaul of the Primary Document for Governor disputes which can be found here. This new document is updated for the switch to Snapshot and also includes a more concrete process for evaluating Governor disputes.
