[Meta] Labels and proposals

We clearly need better labels/identification for threads on this forum. It’s really hard to see which threads are actual proposals and which proposals are already in the voting phase.
Maybe we should set out to adopt a clear framework to make proposals like Ethereum has for example. Most proposals are all over the place and it takes some time to figure out what exactly is being discussed or what the motivation for the change is.

As a first suggestion, we should probably number our proposals so that they are easy to reference both on the forum and in the Telegram group in an easy non-ambiguous way

Yeah, there used to not have that much proposals so this was not priority, but now we can have a formal proposal structure.
If you want to make a Kleros Proposal 1. Defining how to make proposal that’d be great.
We could github (with hashes) for next proposals. But formalizing it, we need to be careful not to create a bureaucratic system discouraging proposals.

A “Proposal” label has been created.

We should probably PIN all threads with proposals that are currently up for voting.
Also would be nice to be able to differentiate the different voting phases: proposed to vote, currently voting, voting ended etc.

Proposals should be on IPFS (content addressable)

Proposals should be timestamped / hash published on the blockchain / https://opentimestamps.org

The Aragon question can act as a timestamped hash.

More activity on the forum.

Some stuff labelled as “votes”, some other marked “proposal”.

Before I start making new stuff, I suggest agreeing on what is the best shape and form.

I support the idea of IPFS. And yeah, creating proposal on Aragon acts like a timestamp.

I’m planning on starting a thread around Kleros Improvement Proposals in order to properly define how we go about making changes. I recognize the need to have some guidelines now that there is more activity on the forum and Kleros is expanding it’s reach.
