I would stake in more courts if a single staking transaction wasn’t required for each court. With gas costs rising it would make sense to allow multiple courts to be staked (or unstaked) in a single transaction. This would also increase the number of jurors eligible by encouraging staking in more courts.

In this case it would decrease the gas cost (due to some EVM changes). We expect to have Kleros version on optimism which should deal with gas cost issues.
