I propose to update the parameters in a number of courts.
Motivation:
This is an updated version of KIP-49 which is now slightly out-of-date. The propositions for the Gnosis Chain courts are unchanged while the mainnet propositions are updated for further crypto and gas price changes. In particular, the calculator attempts to make sure that jurors will be properly incentivized as long as they can reliably cast a vote at a gas price of <=30 gwei, and that even in a relatively severe gas environment of up to 90 gwei, an average coherent juror should receive a reward that at least covers the gas.
